With Heartfelt Designs Trish explores the many uses of wool applique. Hand dyed wools are used to create table runners, penny rugs, pillows, handbags, and pins. Trish also creates one of a kind notecards using wool, buttons, and beads on the designs. With wool roving Trish in able to create small 3 dimensional ornaments in the shapes of snowmen, sheep, dogs, and more. For her latest adventure, Trish has started publishing her own sewing patterns. Living in Paxton with her huband, 2 boys, 4 dogs, and 3 sheep gives Trish the support and happiness she needs to create new ideas for Heartfelt Designs.

I use white stoneware to make wheel-thrown, high-fired, functional pottery. Some of my work is decorated at the leatherhard stage with brushed slip decoration. Further decoration is done using wax and combinations of glazes. After glazing, the work is fired in a gas reduction kiln.
