Team stART are planning to host our 18th annual celebration of art, music, and life itself in September. We will look to the City and State for guidance on public safety as we get closer to the event date.
To our vendors, our performers, our volunteers, our friends, and everyone who makes stART on the Street possible:
We are in unprecedented times with COVID-19 keeping us home from work and school, canceling events, and closing institutions – all without a definitive end date in sight.
While much is uncertain, what is known is that keeping our distance will slow the spread of this virus. We’re cautiously optimistic that, by taking this threat seriously and avoiding unnecessary contact now, we can get the virus under control before the festival on September 20, 2020.
As of April 20, 2020, Team stART will continue planning of our 18th annual celebration of art, music, and life itself. Our wheels are already in motion to bring Worcester’s favorite annual festival back to Park Ave this September - Artist Applications close April 30th, and other applications will open in early May.
We will follow the guidance of City and State leadership regarding COVID-19. Should our cautious optimism not work out, we will prioritize public safety and cancel. An amended refund policy for this unique situation is in the works and will be shared once completed.
Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this difficult situation. We also thank you for doing your part to keep the community safe, and sincerely hope to see you all in person this September!
