Volunteer & Festival Guidelines


stART at the Station is a one-day, holiday-themed gift show that celebrates creativity and community. As a volunteer, we ask that you help us maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere by following these guidelines:

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your volunteer application is processed.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to decline any volunteer application at their discretion.

We appreciate your cooperation in making this a successful and enjoyable event for everyone!

Volunteer with stART on the Street!

Volunteers are the heart and soul of stART on the Street. Without your generous time and dedication, our events simply wouldn’t happen. Thank you for choosing to support us at stART at the Station—this event thrives because of amazing volunteers like you!

How You Can Help:
Volunteers assist with various tasks based on timing and ability, helping ensure a smooth event experience for coordinators, vendors, and attendees alike.

Event Hours: 9 AM—5 PM

Our busiest times are during load-in and breakdown, and we encourage volunteers to sign up for one of the following shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 6 AM—9 AM
  • Mid Morning Shift: 9 AM—12 PM
  • Evening Shift: 4 PM—7 PM

Volunteer Tasks
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Unloading and setting up stART equipment
  • Assisting artists with unloading and moving items to their vending spaces
  • Helping with coat check and stART’s info table
  • Selling merchandise and collecting donations
  • Supporting artist load-out and event breakdown
  • Moving tables and chairs, and general cleanup
